The Beginner program is for new athletes to water polo. To participate in water polo you need to have passed level 4 in swim lessons. The Beginning level is a great place for athletes to start if they are considering water polo for the first time and want to learn fundamental skills such as; treading water, passing in the water, sculling, body balance, and learning the positions in a water polo game.

Cost now includes all tournament fees and tournament pay for coaches.  The cost is spread out over the course of the water polo year (Fall – Summer).  Athletes/families are still responsible for travel costs.

These athletes will participate in instate tournaments  The tournaments the club will attend is likely to be similar to that in 2017. The 2018 tournament list will be released shortly.

All athletes must be currently registered with USA Water Polo. 

Out of district residents are also required to pay THPRD Assessment Fees.

Winter 2017 Beginner Session
The Beginner group will be practicing at Somerset Aquatic Center and scrimmages with Local teams. Practices will begin Monday Nov. 20th and ends Feb 12th. Practices will be at Somerset Aquatic Center M & W from 6:30-8 pm until the Aquatic Center reopens. Estimate reopening date is Jan. 8th. We will provide times soon. Cost is $260. If you want monthly payments, please, indicate in the notes sections. Credit cards will be charged on the 5th of Dec, Jan, & Feb.
